I offer private, public and corporate Hatha and restorative yoga sessions for all levels. My Classes combine an appreciation for alignment with a real love of movement and include more restorative practices where appropriate.
My teaching springs from the very precise Iyengar system, as taught by Ruth White, and has gone on to be greatly influenced by the study of functional movement, the work of Katy Bowman, Ido Portal, Jill Miller, Vanda Scaravelli and my current teacher Anna Ashby, as well as rock climbing and dance.
My training includes Ruth White's Karuna Yoga Teacher Training Diploma; (RYS 500 hours, 2007- 09) and the Restorative Yoga (36 hours, 2011) taught by Anna Ashby and Chris Swain. I am forever grateful to my teachers for showing me how to overcome self-imposed obstacles and know myself better. I pass their expertise on to each of my clients.

I offer regular small group beginners courses at Triyoga Chelsea.
The course typically runs over 4 weeks and is limited to a maximum of ten students to ensure that you receive a high level of personal attention in developing your yoga practice. It is perfect for beginners and suitable for anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.

Soul Food Saturdays
Every now and again I invite you to come and celebrate your difference and otherness on Saturday afternoons at The Sunflower Centre with some restorative yoga. These regular sessions are limited to 8 people (on a first come first served basis) and include 90mins of fully supported passive stretching and blissful breath work meditation.

I curate a blog called Move Me. In it, I invite others to participate in an evolving survey designed to prompt people to think more deeply about their bodies in terms of movement choices, habits and patterns.
