Join me for the final session in this 4-part in-depth, practical approach to restorative yoga that incorporates biomechanics, neural responses and somatics. You will learn to read the story your body tells, assess specific needs based on tissue quality, play with the art of breathing to help calm your nervous system, learn simple meditation techniques and cultivate your intuition.
This course includes extensive demonstrations, plenty of hands-on practice, discussion, and collaboration.
This is perfect opportunity if you are ready to deepen your yoga practice, if you need some support around anxiety and stress in your life, or if you simply like to take you rest seriously!
YOUR STORY AND ACCEPTANCE
The anatomy, the soma, shapes itself around the things we do, not the other way around. I believe that a whole persons lived experience is tied into how we move and that our movement habits will be dictated by the kind of world we have met and the kind of support, or lack of, we feel we have had. With this in mind all yoga postures are there to help us notice how we are as we act and we can use the practice to change from working/feeling/responding from our own histories to creating new, more helpful patterns, which ultimately
gives us choice.
In this sessions we will cultivate ways of working with your own narrative, which is essential. That is where solutions are. YOUR solutions.
