A triyoga small group beginners course is limited to a maximum of ten students to ensure that you receive a high level of personal attention in developing your yoga practice.
It is perfect for beginners and suitable for anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.
The course builds week-by-week introducing you to basic level 1 yoga postures (asanas) and healthy alignment principles; it also emphasises the importance of a deep and relaxed breath from which yoga practice unfolds.
This course provides:

an introduction to basic principles of alignment and action
an opportunity to learn about the body and how to prevent injury while practicing
an introduction to the breathYou will receive personal attention from an experienced teacher and will work at a pace that ensures learning. The foundation course provides an introduction from which you
may improve posture, refine breathing, tone and strengthen the body, improve flexibility and foster a greater ability to cope with stress.
This course serves as a safe foundation from which you may confidently investigate the different styles of yoga in any of triyoga’s level one or open-level classes.
