Venue and local area

Our beautiful yoga retreat in East Sussex is a stone’s throw from London, less than 1 hour by train so escape the rat race and relax in ultimate comfort.Surrounded by the rolling hills of the south downs, there is plenty to do if you so desire.  We love this venue for the heated swimming pool between May and September to 30 degrees, so even if it is raining it is warm and relaxing in the pool.

A choice of 4 cottages each sleeping 4 guests and all equipped with a cosy living room, spacious kitchen and beautiful views looking out to the outdoor heated swimming pool and rolling hills.  Enjoy your yoga practice in the separate yoga barn and dine together in one of the cottages and then retreat to your spacious cosy cottages, or relax on the sun terrace.

Enjoy the plentiful walks in the surrounding countryside, or for the more adventurous book onto a windsurfing, sailing or kayaking lesson on the biggest lake in the south east, or enjoy cycling in Bedgebury forest.
